    Hey guys, i hope you feel yourself ok. I’ve been trying to get into better shape, but I’m struggling to make consistent progress. Any tips or advice on how to really make good progress in fitness? What can be done to achieve some more?

    Well it definitely sounds like you have a decent foundation, but you might need to fine-tune your approach. Here are a few tips that might help. What i can really say that if you don’t have proper coach than it would be pretty difficult for you to achieve something. Overall in my opinion you do a lot with the help of professionals.
