Are you an experienced Baler Operator looking for casual work? Join our team in the Ballarat region and make an impact in the agricultural sector!
Position Overview: We are seeking skilled operators for round and small square and large square balers. If you have a passion for agriculture and relevant experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain modern high-density large square, round and small square balers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on farm machinery.
• Drive various tractors and equipment, including:
• Front and rear mounted mowers
• Self-propelled windrowers
• Hay rakes
• JCB telehandlers
• Front end loaders
• Haulage of bale trailers
• Chaser bin work during harvest

Requirements:

• Proven experience with balers and farm machinery.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance.

Remuneration:

• Hourly rate starts at $35
• On-farm accommodation provided
