Position Overview: We are seeking skilled operators for round and small square and large square balers. If you have a passion for agriculture and relevant experience, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview: We are seeking skilled operators for round and small square and large square balers. If you have a passion for agriculture and relevant experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain modern high-density large square, round and small square balers.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on farm machinery.
- Drive various tractors and equipment, including:
- Front and rear mounted mowers
- Self-propelled windrowers
- Hay rakes
- JCB telehandlers
- Front end loaders
- Haulage of bale trailers
- Chaser bin work during harvest
Requirements:
- Proven experience with balers and farm machinery.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance.
Remuneration:
- Hourly rate starts at $35
- On-farm accommodation provided
